Cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible so we can check the order status.
Before fulfillment
Cancellation requests can usually be reviewed before fulfillment begins. Please contact support with your order number as soon as you want to cancel.
After fulfillment starts
Once packing, dispatch, or handover to the courier begins, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, please use the Returns & Refunds process if eligible.
